With Christmas fast approaching, Saint Benedict Parish will have some additional events on the calendar including a special event called SBPkids Christmas.

SBPkids Christmas will take place on December 23rd at 6pm downstairs in the parish auditorium. This event is intended for entire families to attend together, as an opportunity for parents, grandparents, siblings, and anyone else to experience the fun that the kids partake in every week at SBPkids Live during the 9am and 11:30am Masses.

What can you expect at SBPkids Christmas?
The official tagline is ‘A Christmas Party Big Enough For The Whole Family’, and it will include an interactive show, games, music, and jokes that all focus on how Jesus is the BEST Christmas gift!

Together, families can participate and engage with each other in all the fun. Of course, no party is complete without food, so there will be snacks and refreshments, too!

Why should you invite others to come?
The event isn’t a Christmas family service, this is specifically a children's ministry celebration of Christmas, with extra hype. This is an opportunity for not only the children and families in our parish, but also those in the community, so that they can experience what the kids have been preparing for during the Advent season. It will be a fun way to remind everyone why Christmas is all about Jesus. If you know families that you want to invite to church, SBPkids Christmas might be a great place to start. It can be a great opportunity to open the door to those that might be skeptical about coming to a church.

Come for 6pm, ready to have fun. Elf hats and ugly sweaters will NOT be discouraged!
